Participants gathered at Junior Dahl's place in Hesper, Iowa, where there was a brief program, beginning with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a prayer, in which the pastor mentioned the farmers who use the tractors and take care of them. The horse's official name is "Starburst" and she has been with the Touching Moments program since it's conception in June of 2010. She is a four-year-old American Miniature horse breed.
